If you've been in front of a television or computer or logged in to Facebook or Twitter within the past couple hours, this post is in no way unexpected. Today's doucher of the day is the predictably unpredictable Kanye West. His latest infraction is yet another public stint, this time at today's MTV Video Music Awards. When Taylor Swift unexpectedly beat out Lady Gaga, Pink and Beyonce for a Best Video award, Kanye jumped on stage, grabbed the mic from Taylor's hand as she was in mid speech, and said, "Yo Taylor, I'm really happy for you, I'mma let you finish, but Beyonce had one of the best videos of all time. One of the best videos of all time!" End scene. The moment was disrespectful, classless, and without tact, to name a few choice words. Though many folks agreed with his sentiments, here's why what he did was inexcusable: Kanye stole the shine and the moment of another artist, a highlight in her career that is now tainted with ignorance. Even she was surprised by the win, and said so in her speech. Regardless of being a fan or not, it was her moment to shine and enjoy another accomplishment in her career. I personally think that this was yet another dickhead move done in poor taste. Even Beyonce was shocked and embarrassed by his behavior. Here's the clip in case you missed it - the volume is a little low so turn it up. I guess he'll be blaming the slip up on the Henny he was drinking before the show.

Aww the post is no longer available on You Tube due to copyright. I missed it! I'm sure they'll be showing reruns for a year on MTV.
